- MAT 7:26
- And every one that
heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened
unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
- MAT 8:12
- But the children
of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall
be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
- MAT 25:20-30
- And so he that had
received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying,
Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained
beside them five talents more. His lord said unto him, Well done,
thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a
few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou
into the joy of thy lord. He also that had received two talents
came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold,
I have gained two other talents beside them. His lord said unto
him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful
over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter
thou into the joy of thy lord. Then he which had received the
one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard
man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou
hast not strawed: And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent
in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. His lord answered
and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest
that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers,
and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which
hath ten talents. For unto every one that hath shall be given,
and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall
be taken away even that which he hath. And cast ye the unprofitable
servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing
of teeth.
- DAN 12:2
- And many of them
that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting
life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
- GAL 6:8
- For he that soweth
to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth
to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
- GAL 5:21
- Envyings, murders,
drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you
before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which
do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
- 2TH 1:8
- In flaming fire
taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not
the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
- HEB 10:26-31
- For if we sin wilfully
after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there
remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking
for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the
adversaries. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under
two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose
ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the
Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith
he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto
the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance
belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again,
The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall
into the hands of the living God.
- 2PE 2:12
- But these, as natural
brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the
things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their
own corruption;
- REV 21:8
- But the fearful,
and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers,
and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their
part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which
is the second death.
- MAL 4:1
- For, behold, the
day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea,
and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh
shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave
them neither root nor branch.
- PSA 37:30-38
- The mouth of the
righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.
The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him. The
LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is
judged. Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt
thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt
see it. I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself
like a green bay tree. Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not:
yea, I sought him, but he could not be found. Mark the perfect
man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of
the wicked shall be cut off.
- PRO 10:25-29
- As the whirlwind
passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting
foundation. As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes,
so is the sluggard to them that send him. The fear of the LORD
prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation
of the wicked shall perish. The way of the LORD is strength to
the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.
- 1CO 15:51-55
- Behold, I shew you
a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for
the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,
and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption,
and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible
shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put
on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that
is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is
thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
- 2CO 5:1-4
- For we know that
if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have
a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the
heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed
upon with our house which is from heaven: If so be that being
clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle
do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed,
but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
- JAM 1:12
- Blessed is the man
that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive
the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love
him.
- ROM 2:7
- To them who by patient
continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality,
eternal life:
- JOH 10:28
- And I give unto
them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall
any man pluck them out of my hand.
- MAT 5:5
- Blessed are the
meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
- PSA 37:9
- For evildoers shall
be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit
the earth.
- PSA 37:22
- For such as be blessed
of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him
shall be cut off.
- PSA 37:29
- The righteous shall
inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
- REV 5:9
- And they sung a
new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open
the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to
God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people,
and nation;
- DAN 7:27
- And the kingdom
and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole
heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most
High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions
shall serve and obey him.
- 1TH 2:12
- That ye would walk
worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
- 2PE 1:11
- For so an entrance
shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom
of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
- REV 3:21
- To him that overcometh
will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame,
and am set down with my Father in his throne.
- 2TI 2:12
- If we suffer, we
shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
- REV 5:10
- And hast made us
unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
- PSA 49:7-9
- None of them can
by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for
him: (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth
for ever:) That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.
- LUK 22:29-30
- And I appoint unto
you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me; That ye may
eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging
the twelve tribes of Israel.
